When can I get compensation from the airline when my flight is delayed or cancelled?
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, the airline is obliged to compensate you. You can receive this compensation if :
- Your flight is delayed by more than 3 hours, or
- Your flight is cancelled less than 14 days before the departure date.
